“ There was a lovely feel to the restaurant that projects a certain old world charm. The service was impeccable and we were made to feel very special. The food was excellently presented and cooked with nice subtle tastes. The wine was not too expensive. Only rated it a 4 because it was just a little too expensive, but definitely a 5 experience! But don’t think of classic as old, the restaurant staff is friendly and professional, the food offering includes the most typical Milanese dishes and is perfectly cooked and presented. The wine list is extensive. The location is cozy, but also very warm and allows plenty of privacy. WiFi perfect. ”

“ DON CARLOS is a journey into the past. The restaurant is located in one of the alleys of one of the most prestigious streets in Milan. It will take you on a journey into authentic Italian cuisine in the class of the nobility of the past. The design and service take you into the noble houses of Milan of the past with the flavors of authentic food at the highest level. So what do you have to taste in a place like this? Of course we took the saffron risotto, one of the most Milanese dishes there is. Usually it is served with ossobucco, but this time we only took the risotto, the Milanese schnitzel, the cutlet that comes served on the bone and is delicate and delicious at the highest levels, and of course homemade tortellini stuffed with seasonal vegetables and handmade tomato pasta. Everything was simply perfect, just like an Italian mamma. ”
